Your pets are not just pets; they are members of your family. When Bay City Animal Hospital deals with any of our North Bay clientele, that thought is at the front of our minds. We realize that our clients come to us to make sure that their pets live long and happy lives. Bay City Animal Hospital takes this responsibility very seriously because we are pet lovers too. We want the pet owners of North Bay to know that we will do all we can to make your pet as comfortable and happy as possible during their visits.
So that the operation of the clinic goes smoothly we work by scheduled appointment. We give priority to emergency cases which may result in a delay in your scheduled appointment. Please arrive promptly at your appointment to minimize any possible delays.
Patient Arrival Protocol
We respectfully ask that all patients are brought in on a leash or in a carrying case. If you require a leash or a carrying case then please call in advance to let us know.
Code of conduct
Bay City Animal Hospital operates under a zero tolerance policy. Any physical or verbal abuse will result in the removal of the client and patient from the premises and they will be prohibited from returning. If your pet has a history of aggressive or dangerous behavior then please inform us before your appointment. We understand that a trip to the veterinarian can be a frightening experience for your pet. Allow us to assist you to ensure a safe environment for everyone involved.
