About Bay City Animal Hospital

Paige - Pet Stylist

My name is Paige, born and raised in North Bay Ontario. I am currently a pet groomer, and exploring the clinical field at Bay City Animal Hospital. I was apprenticed in grooming for about 3 years, and currently 7 years working with animals. I always had a love for animals - capturing frogs and bugs to making habitats for them, thinking at the time that I was giving them pure royalty. In my free time I still enjoy always being outdoors, spending time at my trailer on the lake with my family, including our two dogs Pandora and Lily. Currently, my goal is striving working to make grooming as stress-free as possible. Making it a positive experience for each pet, loving them as my very own while they are in my care. I believe it is a must to have a great deal of patience and trust, as well as the ability to read dogs' body language and personality. I continue to learn everyday as each pet brings on different challenge to face when working hands on with them. In all, putting smiles on my clients face, as well as a wagging tail to their furry companion is what makes the job so satisfying.
